I made these according to the package directions, but added a lot of milk, a little butter, and it was super good. We garnished with shredded cheese, green onion, sour cream, and crumbled bacon. Was a huge hit. Will also work with all of the free samples of mashed potatoes we'll be getting in the mail!!

Baked Potato Soup...
So last week I took advantage of the OreIda Mashed Potato Steamers at Kroger for $1 each after coupon... And realized we don't really eat that much mashed potatoes... So I started thinking... I decided that making a creamy potato soup would be really good.
I made these according to the package directions, but added a lot of milk, a little butter, and it was super good. We garnished with shredded cheese, green onion, sour cream, and crumbled bacon. Was a huge hit. Will also work with all of the free samples of mashed potatoes we'll be getting in the mail!!
