Meijer Match-Ups

Indy / Chicago'ish areas 3/19 - 3/25
I used the ad for Cincinnati Ohio this week to build this match-up!

Tuna Burgers
Dave Marciano's Wicked Tuna Burgers from the Rachel Ray show:
2 6 oz cans tuna, drained
1/2 cup bread crumbs (Italian,of course)
1/2 cup mayo
1 jar pimentos
1/4 cup chopped well onions and1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay
olive oil
4 english muffins (toasted or plain) and/or burger buns
lettuce and tomato
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or fry in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side until golden. The patties can also be grilled.
Spread mayonnaise or another favorite spread onto the english muffin halves (tarter sauce and cheese are a hit with kids). You can also use bread, Italian rolls, etc. Add sliced tomato and lettuce.
